Today is my mom’s birthday. She’s amazing. I’ve fallen down in my daughterly duties lately and haven’t phoned or emailed her enough, but I think she knows that I think she’s amazing and the best mom ever. No really. You should be jealous.
She and my dad are living it up in Texas right now, testing out their snowbird lives and I’m so happy they’re getting what they’ve been planning and dreaming for. Yay for moms that are awesome! I hope those Texas folk throw a good party.
